Event setup is temporary architecture: routes, scenic walls, platforms, furniture, displays, integrated lighting, finishes and logistics built around the brand message. Red Studio brings runway-show discipline to events — concept, engineering, workshop production and install crews managed by one accountable lead.
Event production for luxury brands
We build product launches, gala dinners, brand activations, pop-ups, presentations, institutional events, indoor installations and outdoor experiences. Every production is drawn for the venue, technically checked, fabricated in the Rome workshop and installed to strict timelines.
From Rome to the world
Production starts in the Monterotondo atelier near Rome: carpentry, metalwork, paint, finishes, prototypes, crating and dry fits. Materials and teams then deploy to Milan, Paris, London, New York, Dubai, Shanghai and the main destinations for luxury events.
Concept, build, installation
After the brief, we define feasibility, budget, materials and schedule. Architects prepare concept and shop drawings; the workshop builds components and mock-ups; logistics handles transport, permissions, access and crews. On site we install, finish, support the event and strike cleanly.
